I contacted this company on a Friday. They came that Sunday to look at what we wanted done. A few hours later we received a quote. The next day we accepted the quote and scheduled for that Wednesday. We made sure to ask if they would bring their own water because we have a well and the last time we had the power washing done by a different company who agreed to bring their own water, they drained our tank and we had to get a new pump. They came on the agreed upon date and gave us a time window that was right on target. They power washed the house, shed, roof, fence, and deck railings. We got so lucky to find Peter, and will never work with anyone else. He was more responsive than anyone else I contacted, came out same-day, and was here for hours doing an incredibly thorough job. We hired Peter to power-wash our patio and the area surrounding our pool, but power-wash is an understatement.. he absolutely brought it to life (the before and after pictures speak for themselves!). I have never hired a power washing company before but I am so glad that I hired Westchester Power Washing. My house is now beautifully clean. Peter was very personable and knew his business inside out. He traced all of the outside electrical outlets to the electrical box and turned them off and also covered all of the outlets. He also covered all of our plants to protect them. He returned phone calls quickly and answered any texts almost immediately. Safety, professionalism, friendly demeanor and attention to detail. You need a power wash? You need a soft wash? Don't know the difference? Stop looking! Stop worrying! Stop slipping on your patio or looking at the moss on your roof. CALL PETER. Right now. Seriously. Peter is a calming, understanding expert. And probably your new friend. He helped me with a serious settlement of moss and lichens on my roof. Everyone gave me the wrong advice. Peter came out and gave me his take. He was matter of fact about it. I researched what he said - and no surprise, he was absolutely correct. He didn't just show up on time, he showed up multiple times. He worked like an artist - carefully, thoroughly, applying decades of experience with  sensitivity to my anxiety and also the beauty of the house and its surrounding plants, trees, and flowers - even a mama bird sitting on a next of eggs got the gentlest treatment from Peter. Great job by Westchester Power Washing on my deck, patio, house, and roof. The roof treatment took away all the dark spots and the soft washing of the deck and the house makes it look great. A company who took down a wasp nest used a product that caused a very nasty residue down a large area on my house. Pete came to look at it and immediately started to work on it. He did not stop until the entire area was completely cleaned. It looks as if it never was dirtied. Pete also power washes my home annually for at least 10 years. there is nobody more professional than this guy Pete who takes awesome pride in his work his equipment is top-notch. He has done my roof my siding/house and my deck  for several years. This year the side of my house was green he said it was due to lack of sunlight totally disappeared looks like day was built. I met Peter many years ago the 1st time he cleaned our house, and have been a loyal customer ever since. Peter is an honest and hard-working professional, who knows his business and takes time out to review the project with you, provide feedback and craft a quote that is very competitive. Peter used a high tech soft power wash system to clean my home, deck, shed and patio furniture (his truck and equipment look as if it is from a science fiction movie). We had some green algae and black mildew mostly on the north side of house and deck – now it’s all gone and our home looks like new. All of our landscaping was taken into consideration and looks untouched-including two rose bushes in full bloom! I was impressed with his safety protocols too- for example he ensures that all outside electrical outlet’s circuits are off and then covered them and the ring doorbell to protect them from shorting out. He takes a lot of pride in what he does and it shows in his work. To sum it up Peter is a great communicator, arrived on time, does a fantastic job and is reasonably priced. Peter has been washing my house for years and I am always very pleased. He is professional and hard working. He used the soft power wash system years ago on my roof and it is still spotless. This year he cleaned my daughter’s fence, roof, siding and deck. It had never been professionally cleaned and we were absolutely delighted with the results. Peter worked so hard removing years of built up dirt. He used the soft wash process on her roof to preserve her shingles. Her house never looked better. Peter is a professional. Hiring Westchester Powerwashing is a no brainer. Peter reacted to my inquiry and came over the same day to look at things.  Having done my research and spoken with other homeowners that went through the process, I had a good idea of what I was looking for but Peter exceeded my expectations. I live in Carmel NY and had a soft wash done to my old roof.  Peter's knowledge of chemicals, materials and local environmental conditions is second to none.  He explained the process thoroughly and what to expect in terms of results. I needed to change the appointment a couple of times and Peter was flexible and then came on-time when we rescheduled. He is courteous and respectful of our time and property. He worked on the composite deck and stairs along with the flagstone walkway. He always explains what he is going to do and how it works. Everything looks great now. Peter helped me find the circuit breaker for the outlet on the deck and also wrapped the outlet and the deck lights on the side of the house to keep them dry and safe. Our house hadn’t been power washed in several years. Peter brought it back to looking like a new paint job. Our deck was also weathered to gray and he carefully brought it down to the bare wood so we could stain it. Peter removed all the mold from our roof. We moved in and had no idea when the roof was cleaned last. He explained the entire process to us and how he will treat it but it will take time to see the results. The results are amazing. Our roof looks brand new. All the mold is gone. Highly recommend..!!   Peter did an exceptional job power washing the old vinyl siding on our home which had lots of green algae and dark stains.   He was very through with attention to detail in this work.  The results are amazing and the siding looks like new again!  We then hired him to power wash our roof... a large house with many dormers and high work.  Again, he did an amazing, highly professional job! Peter cleaned the exterior of our house and the roof in Chappaqua. The quality of his work was exceptional. We had not cleaned our exterior in several years and thus had accumulated dirt and mold. After Peter was finished, the house looked brand new. It was easy to set up the appointment for an estimate and the actual work, mostly done thorough text. WPW was the best.  I had been power washing my deck and siding for years with LOTS of effort and very mixed results.  I am so glad that I finally threw in the towel and turned to the experts at Westchester Power Washing.  Peter and WPW made is look easy and the result was way better than anything I was able to do myself.  No mold or mildew anywhere.  WPW was very responsive with providing quotes and scheduling the work.  Price was fair especially when I considered the amount of my own time that I had been investing in this same work in the past. We had westchester power washing take care of the entire home exterior in Larchmont NY, including some trouble-areas where there was significant mold issues. When they were done it looked like a new home!  Completely removed the mold from my white composite siding and decking, as well as from a painted porch roof. Very good customer service, they were quite responsive to my initial ask for a quote and came back and did the job within a few days. These guys did a great job!  I’m so relieved.  They did my house last fall, same thing, no hassle, coordinated everything over the phone and I came home to a new house.  This spring I wanted to have my elderly moms house cleaned. He again coordinated everything with me and I showed up the next morning at my moms house looked new.  Her deck was an entire new color. Westchester Power Washing came highly recommended by numerous homeowners in my town (Hopewell Junction), and after my fantastic experience with Peter this week, I can fully understand why.  Peter immediately returned my first call and from that point until the completion of the job less than a week later, he was in regular contact with me to confirm all of the details, thoroughly explain his approach, and make sure I was completely satisfied with the quality of the work.  He did an outstanding job on all aspects of the project -- siding, roof, Unilock sidewalks, Trex deck and concrete around the pool.  He was extremely flexible in terms of which day and time he could come, and he was very accommodating in doing additional "follow-up" work to make sure we were totally satisfied. Superb service and a beautiful, affordable out come! I was looking to get my roof cleaned and found Westchester Power Washing online. I called and left a message saying that I needed it done as soon as possible and asked for an estimate. Perhaps a half an hour later I received a call back and Peter Salotta  told me to look out my window at the blue and white truck. He had come by after doing another job!  He was knowledgeable about the process of cleaning a roof without damaging the shingles or harming the environment. I might add that there were a lot of small branches and leaves all over the roof leftover from the March 1st snow storm ands the high winds later in March. His estimate was very reasonable and he came over just two days later to do the work. He and his assistant worked straight through with no breaks from 7:00am until about 12:30. Our vinyl siding needed a spring cleaning. I called Westchester Power Washing after seeing positive reviews. Peter came and provided a same day quote. They scheduled the cleaning quickly after and did a great job. They spent extra time scrubbing the gutter which didn’t clean as easily as the siding. We really appreciated the extra effort. Five years ago the vinyl siding on one side of my house had a haze of green. Westchester Power Washing came and washed my entire house.  What a remarkable difference.  Not just the one side but my whole house was noticeably cleaner and looked like new.  I’ve had them back every year and am very pleased.  This past year I also had my roof cleaned. I had my house power washed by Pete from Westchester Power Washing and I have to say that I am very happy with the work. The showed up on time and did a great job. They did the house, walkway and patio getting rid of the mold and stains. Looks like new.

Westchester Powerwash did our roof and we are thrilled with the result.  They did a gentle chemical cleaning that cleaned without damaging the shingles.  Peter the owner is personable, on time, and priced the job fairly.  I highly recommend them.
